Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care Hibbing clinic seeks an attentive healthcare professional to join our dialysis team. Responsibilities include operating dialysis machines, evaluating vascular access, and recording detailed treatment data.

No dialysis-specific experience is required as comprehensive on-the-job training is provided. You will support daily patient care under RN supervision, participate in infection control, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
  • CMS/state certification requirements within the required timeline.
  • Demonstrated commitment to patient care and safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate hemodialysis machines and monitor treatment parameters.
  • Record vital signs, weight, and dialysis data accurately on treatment sheets.
  • Evaluate vascular access patency and perform cannulation as delegated.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant dialysis environment.
  • Assist in education and training of direct patient care staff under RN supervision.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and CQI activities.
