Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

• All appropriate state licensure, education, and training required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome assigned patients and check on wellbeing after prior treatment.
• Evaluate vascular access and cannulation; administer heparin as allowed.
• Record vital signs, weight, and treatment parameters.
• Ensure safety alarms are enabled and monitor patient response.
• Complete laboratory specimens for collection and processing.
• Maintain infection control and environmental cleanliness.
• Assist in transitional care and patient education.
