Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with setup and operation of hemodialysis machines.
• Document vital signs, treatment parameters and patient responses.
• Evaluate vascular access patency and perform related cannulation as delegated.
• Initiate dialysis per orders, monitor patient response and intervene as directed.
• Record and report any changes in patient condition to the nurse or supervisor.
• Maintain clean, safe dialysis environment and ensure equipment readiness.
• Participate in CQI activities and staff education as directed.
