Job summary

• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• CPR certification required or completed.

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day guidance and supervision to direct patient care staff.
• Ensure compliance with all procedures, policies and regulations.
• Attend patient care plan meetings and participate in staffing decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of dialysis practices and participate in in-services.
• Supervise and participate in completion of care plans and patient care assignments.
• Admit new patients and educate patients and families about dialysis therapy and medications.
