Qualifications

• RN license in applicable state required.
• Minimum of 12 months nursing experience with 6 months dialysis-specific experience.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and supervision to direct patient care staff.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Schedule management and staffing decisions in collaboration with Facility Administrator.
• Maintain dialysis expertise and participate in in-service trainings.
• Oversee patient care plans and ensure safety and quality outcomes.
• Coordinate with RNs acting in relief charge capacity and monitor patient conditions.
