Job Requirements

• Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from ESRD. Responsibilities include monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis, measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup.
• We seek individuals with technical skills and a passion for developing deep patient relationships to improve their quality of life.

Work Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people; comfortable working around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO, or other state-approved certifying body for experienced PCTs.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required for experienced PCTs.

Salary Range

• $19.09 - $31.69 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
