Job summary

Vettedlance is seeking a remote transcriptionist to convert Urdu, Punjabi and Saraiki conversations into verbatim text, with attention to dialect, code-switching and background noise.

You will mark speakers, overlaps, pauses and non-speech sounds, handle mixed languages, and follow dialect spelling conventions. This is a part-time, remote position in the United States; rates are set after your test.

Qualifications

• Native speaker of Punjabi or Saraiki, with fluent Urdu.
• Fast, accurate typing in Urdu script.
• Good ear for regional accents.
• Good headphones and a quiet place to work.
