Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a remote Urdu transcription contractor to produce accurate, polished transcripts from audio and video content. You will apply deep Urdu knowledge, including dialects and contemporary usage, to create high-quality training data for AI systems.

• Native or near-native Urdu proficiency including dialects and contemporary usage.
• Experience with Urdu transcription, translation, or linguistic annotation projects.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to error-free transcription.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including ability to provide feedback and explanations.
• Familiarity with digital transcription tools and multimedia-content management practices.
• Ability to use remote collaboration platforms to coordinate with project participants.
• Adaptability and interest in language technology and data-annotation work.
