Job summary

Grandview School District #200 is seeking a part-time Dial-A-Ride attendant for the 2026-2027 school year. You will oversee the Dial-A-Ride phone line, plan and monitor operations, and transport students safely to and from school.

Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records of pickups and related data, and assisting families by collecting and delivering items from the community closet as needed. Earn $18.76 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Job related experience is desired.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Maintain a clean driving record and pass a background check. Hold a valid Washington State Driver's License.

What You'll Need

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Job related experience is desired.
• Minimum qualifications: Must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Maintain a clean driving record and pass a background check. Hold a valid Washington State Driver's License. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of managing student behavior and responding effectively to emergencies.

Work Environment

The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, some stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling and some fine finger dexterity. Generally the job requires 34% sitting, 33% walking, and 33% standing. The job is performed under minimal temperature variations and in a generally hazard free environment.
