Job summary

AL Solutions in Chicago is seeking an experienced healthcare sales professional to drive adoption of diagnostic, laboratory, medical device, or specialty healthcare solutions across hospitals and health systems.

You will build relationships with physicians and laboratory leaders, manage a strategic territory, navigate complex sales cycles, and collaborate with clinical and marketing teams to grow the business.

Qualifications

2–5+ years of healthcare sales experience, ideally in diagnostics or medical devices.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience selling to hospitals, laboratories, health systems or specialty practices.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve targets.
Drive adoption of diagnostic solutions across hospitals and health systems.
Build relationships with physicians, lab leaders, pathologists and clinical teams.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within accounts.
Educate customers on clinical and operational value of diagnostics.
Navigate complex hospital and health-system sales processes with stakeholders.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasts and account plans.
Represent the company at industry conferences and customer meetings.
Monitor market trends to identify new commercial opportunities.
