Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company (BD) is seeking a field-based sales professional to drive territory growth in hospital and clinical laboratory settings. Based in the Portland area, you will develop account plans, articulate the clinical and economic value of BD DS products, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to win contracts.

You will manage the full sales cycle, engage key decision makers, train distributors, and uphold BD’s standards while meeting revenue targets across the Manual

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Life Sciences or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of top sales performance in lab products.
• Clinical laboratory/hospital sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements territory and strategic account plans.
• Demonstrates product value with clinical and economic justification.
• Maintains base revenue and ensures customer satisfaction.
