Snap-on Diagnostics is seeking a results-driven field sales professional in the Columbus, OH area to demonstrate, train, and sell advanced diagnostic equipment to shop owners and Franchisees. You will travel as needed, present product demonstrations, provide customer education, and lead sales seminars while maintaining inventory and supporting events.

The role requires automotive diagnostics knowledge, self-motivation, and a valid driver’s license with a company vehicle for business use.

Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for the demonstration, training and sale of advanced Diagnostic equipment to our Franchisees and customers. The successful candidate will be experienced in automotive diagnostics and have previous sales experience. The successful candidate must have a good understanding of electronic equipment, be self-motivated with the ability to work effectively within a team environment. A vehicle for business use, flexibility to travel and a valid driver's license, are required. Successful candidates have come from fields such as Service Advisors, Mechanics, Service Technicians, Service Managers, Shop Owners, etc.

Job Responsibilities

Direct sale of Diagnostic products to shop ownersPerform business evaluation/coaching rides with FranchiseesTeach product and sales skills to FranchiseesSecure orders for additional Diagnostics productsDemonstrate products to customersPerform product training to customersAttend field meetings to present promotionsStaff and support trade-shows, and attend sales meetings as requiredPerform customer education/sales seminarsMaintain assigned inventory levels
