Job summary

Radwell International is seeking a Diagnostic Repair Supervisor to lead a team of technicians and support personnel responsible for diagnosis, repair, testing, and quality validation of industrial electronics and automation equipment. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and operational excellence while developing technicians and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the operation.

The position reports to Operations and collaborates with Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Associate degree in electronics or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of related repair, production, manufacturing, automation, or technical service experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory or technical leadership experience preferred.
• Experience supporting quality improvement and operator development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of technicians and staff.
• Drive accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Direct daily repair and diagnostic operations to meet safety, quality, delivery goals.
• Plan and assign work to maximize resources and on-time orders.
• Mentor technicians with troubleshooting and knowledge transfer.
• Review warranty returns and ensure root-cause analysis.
• Maintain repair procedures, guides, and training materials.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to improve performance.
