Radwell International seeks a seasoned Technical Training & Repair Specialist to serve as a senior technical resource within our Production organization. This role blends advanced troubleshooting, repair expertise, and technician development to strengthen capabilities across the operation.

Working with Production, Quality, and Operations leadership, you will mentor technicians, improve repair quality, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Advanced electronics and electro‑mechanical repair experience.
• Experience mentoring technicians and building capabilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Experience supporting quality initiatives and repairs in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as final technical escalation point for challenging repairs.
• Diagnose complex failures using structured troubleshooting.
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive long‑term corrective actions.
• Provide expert repair guidance across multiple product families.
• Develop and improve repair documentation, guides, and training materials.
• Mentor and develop technicians through hands‑on training and coaching.
