Job summary

Radwell International LLC in Willingboro, NJ seeks a Diagnostic Repair Supervisor to lead a team responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing, and validating industrial electronics. You will drive safety, quality, and throughput while mentoring technicians and aligning with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Customer Service teams.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strong leadership to deliver high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

Leadership experience in repair, production, or technical service environments.
Strong electronics, industrial controls, or electro‑mechanical troubleshooting background.
Ability to coach, mentor, and develop technicians at multiple skill levels.
Understanding of quality systems, warranty performance, and metrics.
Balance technical problem solving with leadership and operations duties.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of technicians and support staff.
Drive a culture of accountability, quality, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Direct daily repair and diagnostic operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Plan, prioritize, and assign work to maximize resource utilization and ensure on-time completion of customer orders.
Monitor workflow, throughput, and repair schedules to address bottlenecks and production challenges.
Serve as a technical mentor by providing troubleshooting support and knowledge transfer to technicians.
Lead the resolution of complex technical issues, recurring failures, and quality concerns.
Maintain and improve work instructions, repair procedures, diagnostic guides, and training materials.
Review warranty returns and ensure timely evaluation, disposition, and root cause identification.
Ensure repair documentation, processing notes, and system transactions are complete and accurate.
Manage utilization of inventory, assets, tooling, and test equipment.
Verify products complete testing and final acceptance prior to shipment.
