Job summary

Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery and minimally invasive care, renowned for the da Vinci system and Ion. The company seeks a Product Manager for Diagnostics - Global Services to define strategy and roadmaps for diagnostic tools used by service professionals, both remotely and on premise.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years of experience and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated technical experience with medical device diagnostics or the equivalent.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of Intuitive’s products.
• Experience with product management, continuous improvement initiatives, Lean/Six Sigma, or equivalent.
• Experience building business cases using qualitative and quantitative data to secure funding, resources, or project/program support.
• Experience investigating and defining complex problems prior to solution development.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the product manager for diagnostic service technology to ensure service professionals have the resources and tools required to diagnose issues.
• Maintain deep technical expertise regarding current methods for diagnosing issues to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Challenge the status quo regarding diagnosing methods, remotely and on premise.
• Develop and track short-, medium-, and long-term roadmaps for diagnostic capabilities.
• Partner with other product managers to surface diagnostic innovations across platforms.
• Work with software engineers to scope diagnostic requirements across the product pipeline.
• Define and deploy new diagnostic capabilities through existing service technologies.
• Develop business cases and ROI justifications for new features and capabilities.
