Job summary

Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, is seeking a Product Manager, Ion Endoluminal, to drive development, launch, and lifecycle management of robotic instruments and accessories. You’ll partner with R&D, Manufacturing, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial teams across geographies from initial investigation to end-of-life.

The role calls for at least 5 years of PM experience in medical devices, strong analytical and storytelling skills, and the ability to navigate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in science, engineering, or business.
• 5+ years of professional experience, including medical device product management, product marketing, or product-focused commercial roles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Own in-market product performance and drive adoption, utilization, and customer experience.
• Translate VOC and field insights into clear requirements and roadmap inputs.
• Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute product rollouts and launches; define pricing and training plans.
• Develop and monitor KPIs tying product performance to outcomes and business goals.
