• 8+ years of professional experience in product management, biomedical engineering, field service, servicing capital equipment/medical devices, or an equivalent role.
• Experience leading software development projects and end-to-end software product launches.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent continuous improvement.
• Strong track record of leading strategic initiatives from concept through completion.
• Formal or informal leadership of cross-functional teams.
• Data-driven decision making and attention to detail.
