Job summary

Yoh Life Sciences in Loveland, CO is seeking a temporary Research Associate to support national diagnostics projects on our proprietary platform. You will participate in experiment planning, execution, and data analysis in a biologic laboratory.

The role includes lab work, method development, assay testing, data recording, and regulatory compliance. Schedule is M-F 8-5, with collaboration across cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or similar; experience with standard lab equipment and following protocols.
• Functional knowledge of chemistry and biology relevant to diagnostics.
• Good analytical and documentation skills.
• Working knowledge of statistical methods and techniques
• Experience with MS Office
• Experience working in a laboratory setting preferred.
• Well-organized team player with ability to follow written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present findings.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Completes lab work and assays/experiments using standard lab equipment and SOPs.
• Performs process development, assay development, product testing and optimization of diagnostic tests.
• Performs testing of assays.
• Participates in initial data analysis, records, and communicates findings.
• Handle and utilize lab equipment; comfortable working in a lab.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Use problem solving skills in daily tasks.
• Handle biohazardous materials per FDA regulations.
