Job summary

Yoh Life Sciences in Loveland, CO, is seeking a temporary Research Associate to join a national diagnostics project focused on advancing our proprietary platform assays. You will conduct experiments, assist in planning, and contribute to data analysis in a biologic laboratory.

The role requires a Life Sciences bachelor’s degree, strong lab skills, good documentation, and collaboration in a fast-paced team environment; must be able to follow SOPs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Experience with standard laboratory equipment and following SOPs.
• Knowledge of chemistry and biology principles relevant to the diagnostic industry.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and statistical skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes lab work and assays/experiments utilizing standard lab equipment, following standard operating procedures.
• Performs process development, assay development, product testing and optimization of diagnostic tests.
• Performs testing of assays.
• Participates in initial data analysis, records, and communicates findings.
• Handle and utilize lab equipment as required and must be comfortable working in a lab.
• Ensures compliance with established business policies and regulatory requirements.
• Use problem solving skills
• Handle biohazardous materials in accordance with Company and FDA regulations.
