Yoh Services LLC in Framingham, MA, presents an excellent long-term Research Associate opportunity with a trusted client in the pharmaceutical sector; a Bachelors of Science and relevant lab experience are required. The role is full-time, Mon-Fri, with an 7am-8am start and potential evenings and overtime for project needs.

The position encompasses lab system implementation, validation, qualification, and ongoing support for instruments and related software, requiring coordination with Quality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific/technical discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical/biotech labs preferred.
• Familiarity with GMP/GxP principles and data integrity.
• Ability to document, test scripts, and maintain controlled records.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory system and technology implementation across sites.
• Gather, document, and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
• Support validation planning, execution, and documentation.
• Coordinate maintenance, calibration, software updates, and system activities.
• Troubleshoot instrument, software, and integration issues with teams.
• Develop troubleshooting guides and system documentation.
