Qualifications

• CPR/BLS certification required or preferred (AHA).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in diagnostic services or related field.
• Excellent patient care, customer service and interpersonal skills per ICARE/ICONNECT.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Proven leadership capability in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for schools with clinical affiliations in the department.
• Attend required affiliate school meetings and manage documentation.
• Onboard and supervise students during clinical hours per guidelines.
• Oversee student activities within the modality and ensure quality of service.
• Coordinate education programs, orientation, and assessment of competencies.
• Collaborate with the supervisor to identify high-potential students and arrange interviews.
• Provide feedback and grades to schools according to guidelines.
• Assist in development and execution of orientation and education programs.
• Support continuous quality improvement and customer service objectives.
