Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic imaging using ionizing radiation in a patient-centered setting. You will ensure safety per ALARA principles, prepare and administer medications, and support licensed practitioners during procedures.

Responsibilities include optimizing protocols, documenting clinical history, and assisting with fluoroscopic and specialized procedures.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology; a Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• New graduates must obtain ARRT-R registry within six months.
• Applicants hired after a certain date must progress to level 2 within 24 months.
• Strong attention to safety, technical skills, and the ability to work in clinical environments.

Role Overview:

Radiologic Technologists perform diagnostic, therapeutic, or research imaging procedures using ionizing radiation. They independently execute radiographic and fluoroscopic exams, ensuring patient safety and proper technique in line with ALARA principles. They prepare and administer medications and radiation exposure activities in compliance with legal regulations.
