Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures in clinical settings, ensuring patient safety, proper positioning, and accurate data for interpreting physicians.

You will adhere to ALARA principles, prepare medications via vascular access as prescribed, and assist with fluoroscopic and specialized procedures in operating rooms, ICU, and endoscopy as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology (required).
• New graduates must obtain ARRT-R certification within 6 months.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Applicants hired after a certain date must progress to level 2 within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Obtain correct orders, identify and prepare patients, and document clinical history with confidentiality.
• Use imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and apply ALARA to minimize exposure.
• Prepare and administer medications via vascular access as prescribed, maintaining safety.
• Evaluate images for quality, positioning, and verify data transfer and storage.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare team members.
• Assist with fluoroscopic and specialized procedures in operating rooms, endoscopy, and ICU.
