Job summary

Consumer Directed Services Inc. is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic, therapeutic, and research-related ionizing radiation procedures.

This role conducts radiographic and fluoroscopic exams, prepares and administers medications, and ensures accurate data acquisition for diagnosis by licensed practitioners in a hospital setting. The technologist supports inpatient and emergency services, adheres to safety protocols, ALARA principles, and federal/state regulations while

Qualifications

• Graduate from a specialty radiologic technology program.
• ARRT-R registration required within 6 months for new grads.
• Must complete steps to advance to level 2 within 24 months if hired after the specified date.

Responsibilities

• Obtain orders, identify patient, document history while protecting confidentiality.
• Apply imaging protocols, optimize factors, and follow ALARA for safety.
• Prepare/administer medications via vascular access under supervision.
• Evaluate image quality, verify positioning, manage data storage/transfer.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers.
• Assist with fluoroscopic and specialized procedures in OR/ICU and other departments.
