Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic radiology and fluoroscopy across patient settings. You will ensure ALARA compliance, verify patient identity, and document procedures while maintaining high safety standards.

Responsibilities include image evaluation, collaboration with licensed practitioners, and education of students and staff in radiologic techniques. The role supports procedures outside the radiology department and requires teamwork.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT-R registry within six months for new graduates.
• Ability to perform radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and patient care.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Continuing education or advancement to level 2 may be required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain correct patient orders, verify identity, and document clinical history confidentially.
• Utilize appropriate protocols, optimize technical factors, and ensure patient safety.
• Prepare and administer medications via vascular access as prescribed.
• Evaluate images for quality, proper positioning, and data transfer or storage.
• Support and educate students and healthcare team members.
• Assist with fluoroscopic and specialized procedures as needed.
