Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic, therapeutic, and research-related imaging procedures. The role requires independence in executing radiographic and fluoroscopic exams, with focus on patient safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT-R registry within six months.
• Ability to perform a full scope of radiologic procedures.
• Strong attention to patient safety and technical quality.
• Excellent communication and educational skills.

Responsibilities

• Obtain correct orders, identify and prepare patients, and document clinical history with confidentiality.
• Use appropriate imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and apply ALARA principles to maximize safety and care.
• Evaluate image quality, verify data transfer, and assist in specialized procedures outside of radiology, such as in operating rooms or ICU.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers, and support licensed practitioners during procedures.
• Prepare, administer, and document medications and radiation exposure activities per regulations.
