Job summary

LiveWell Homecare Agency, LLC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic, therapeutic, and research radiographic procedures, ensuring patient safety and policy compliance in clinical settings.

The role requires completing a specialty training in radiologic technology, obtaining ARRT-R within 6 months for new graduates, and advancing to level 2 within 24 months for hires after the specified date. Benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
• New graduates must obtain ARRT-R registry within 6 months.
• Applicants hired after a specific date must progress to level 2 within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Obtain correct orders, identify and prepare patients, and document clinical history confidentially.
• Utilize imaging protocols, optimize technical factors, and apply ALARA principles to maximize safety.
• Prepare and administer medications via vascular access as prescribed.
• Evaluate images for quality, proper positioning, and ensure data storage or transfer.
• Educate and monitor students and healthcare providers.
• Assist licensed practitioners with fluoroscopic and specialized procedures, including outside the radiology department.
