Job summary

Qualifications

• Must graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Radiologic Technology.
• New graduates should obtain ARRT-R registry within 6 months.
• Hires after a specified date must progress to level 2 within 24 months.
• Adherence to federal and state regulations.
• Strong technical skills and patient-safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure correct patient identification, proper preparation, and documentation.
• Utilize imaging protocols, maximize safety, and minimize radiation exposure.
• Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.
• Evaluate images for quality, verify storage, and process data.
• Educate and monitor healthcare students and providers.
• Assist with fluoroscopic and specialized procedures in various clinical settings.
