Job summary

MercyOne is seeking a Diagnostic Radiology Tech for daytime shifts. You will produce diagnostic radiographs for radiologists and provide compassionate patient care in the Radiology Department.

The position requires completion of an accredited radiologic technology program, ARRT NMTCB certification, active registry, and BLS. Sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is offered.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (ARRT or NMTCB).
• Maintains active ARRT registry status.
• Maintains current state license/permit to practice Radiologic Technologist.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three months of hire.
• Maintains Basic Life Support qualification.

Responsibilities

• Produce diagnostic radiographs for interpretation by radiologists.
• Provide patient care in the Radiology Department.

As a Diagnostic Radiology Tech at MercyOne, you will provide patient care by producing diagnostic radiographs for interpretation by the radiologists in the Radiology Department.

Schedule:

• 36 hours a week

• 8 hour shifts

• Hours vary: 6:00a -2:30p, 7:00a - 3:30p, 8:30a - 5:00p

• Rotating weekends & holidays

General Requirements:

• Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (ARRT or NMTCB)

• Maintains active ARRT registry status

• Maintains current state of employment Permit to Practice Radiology Technologist License

• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.

• Maintains Basic Life Support qualification
