Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (ARRT or NMTCB).
• Maintain ARRT registry status.
• Current state Permit to Practice Radiology Technologist license.
• Proof of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.
• Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care by producing diagnostic radiographs for interpretation by radiologists.
• Ensure proper positioning, shielding, and safety protocols during imaging procedures.
• Assist in radiology department operations and patient flow.

As a Diagnostic Radiology Tech at MercyOne, you will provide patient care by producing diagnostic radiographs for interpretation by the radiologists in the Radiology Department.

Schedule

• 36 hours a week

General Requirements

• Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (ARRT or NMTCB)
• Maintains active ARRT registry status
• Maintains current state of employment Permit to Practice Radiology Technologist License
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.
• Maintains Basic Life Support qualification
