Job summary

MercyOne North Iowa is seeking a Diagnostic Radiology Tech to join our team. This full-time night-shift position provides patient care by producing diagnostic radiographs for interpretation by radiologists in the Radiology Department. A sign-on bonus of up to $10,000 is offered.

Schedule: 36 hours per week, 7 on / 7 off, nights with rotating weekends and holidays. Minimum qualifications include completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (ARRT or NMTCB), active ARRT

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an accredited two-year Radiologic Technology program (ARRT or NMTCB).
• Maintains active ARRT registry status.
• Maintains current state of employment Permit to Practice Radiology Technologist License.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within three (3) months of hire.
• Maintains Basic Life Support qualification.

Responsibilities

• Produce diagnostic radiographs for interpretation by the radiologists in the Radiology Department.
• Provide patient care during imaging procedures.
• Support night shift operations with reliable and accurate radiography services.

MercyOne North Iowa is a clinical training site for approximately 500 students from 127 different colleges enrolled in programs for medical laboratory, nursing, paramedic, rehabilitation, medical assistants, pastoral services, physicians and many other medical fields.
