Job summary

St. Mary's General Hospital in Passaic, NJ, seeks a Radiology Technologist to perform diagnostic radiographic procedures per department protocols, ensuring image quality and timely transmission to PACS.

The role interfaces with patients and supports imaging needs while adhering to HFAP/TJC/local regulations. Qualified candidates should have a NJDEP license, ARRT-R, BCLS (AHA), and graduate from a JRCERT-accredited program; at least one year of radiology experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have NJDEP license.
• ARRT-R is required.
• Must be familiar with State and Federal regulations.
• Current BCLS (AHA).
• Graduate of a JRCERT-accredited RT program.
• At least one year of Radiology Technologist experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic radiographic procedures per department protocols.
• Interfaces with customers and supports imaging needs.
• Participates in PI/QC activities.
• Transmits images to PACS and ensures image quality.
