Job summary

Atlantic Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist at Morristown, NJ. You will perform radiographic imaging for diagnostic purposes under Radiologist direction and ensure high-quality images.

You will prep and maintain records, coordinate procedures, and maintain patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process. Responsibilities include operating and sanitizing imaging equipment, addressing patient questions, and ensuring compliance with state and professional guidelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Radiography School.
• NJ State Radiologic Technologist (RT) license.
• ARRT Certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.

Responsibilities

• Performs imaging and treatment processes per guidelines.
• Operates and maintains imaging equipment.
• Obtains patient history, explains procedures, and addresses questions.
• Maintains equipment safety and patient comfort.
• Monitors procedure needs and coordinates daily imaging.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
