MaineHealth's Obstetrics and Gynecology department is highly recognized for the level of patient care provided across Maine and Southern New Hampshire. We facilitate a smooth flow of patients to create a supportive atmosphere.
Our state-of-the-art ultrasound equipment allows us to produce high-quality diagnostic images. We are AIUM accredited in several areas, including Obstetric (first, second, and third trimester), Detailed fetal anatomical survey, Fetal Echocardiography, and GYN with 3D imaging.
As a teaching facility, we contribute to ultrasound programs and the residency program at MMC. Training and education will be provided, with a requirement to become Fetal Echocardiography certified.
