Job summary

American Health Imaging is seeking a Diagnostic Imaging Sales Specialist to grow referral volume in the San Antonio market. You will meet/exceed territory sales goals by employing strategic tactics and face-to-face calls with referring physicians, nurses, and medical staff.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) and 2+ years of outside healthcare sales. You will partner with center operations and manage marketing budgets while adhering to compliance policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or commensurate job-related experience required; candidates with advanced level degree and/or sales-related certifications preferred
• 2 years of direct outside sales experience preferably in a healthcare related field
• Proven selling skills to influence and generate results; self-motivated and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with referring physicians, nurses, and medical assistants to promote American Health Imaging and Lumexa imaging services
• Gain in-depth knowledge of the outpatient radiology industry, its services and the local competition within a specific market
• Develop weekly call routing plans and quarterly business plans
• Leverage the CRM system and business intelligence tools to inform targeting and resource allocation
• Execute marketing strategy for American Health Imaging and Lumexa Imaging
• Manage monthly promotional budget and marketing collateral
• Partner with operations team at centers to ensure customer satisfaction and inform sales strategies
• Understand and uphold all corporate compliance policies
