Job summary

Harrison County Hospital in Corydon, IN, seeks an experienced Diagnostic Imaging Manager to lead day-to-day operations, ensure safe and accurate exams, and deliver a consistent patient experience across ages.

You will coordinate rotating 8-hour shifts, supervise technologists, oversee workflow and documentation, troubleshoot PACS/RIS issues, and collaborate with nursing and providers to optimize throughput and quality.

Qualifications

• Indiana Radiologic Technologist licensure required.
• ARRT certification and maintenance of 24 CEUs every two years.
• Proficiency with radiographic imaging modalities and imaging terminology.
• Strong written and verbal communication with patients of all ages.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing for rotating 8-hour shifts (days/evenings/weekends/holidays).
• Oversee workflow and documentation to maintain accuracy and compliance.
• Support modality performance and address equipment issues (PACS/RIS, printers, copiers, fax, phones).
• Promote staff development, effective communication, and regulatory compliance.
