Quest Diagnostics Inc. is seeking a Physician Account Manager to drive territory growth and profitability of laboratory sales in Northwest and Central East GA. The role covers field-based travel with close collaboration with Physician Account Executives to support the joint selling model.

The position requires 3–4 years in sales or account ownership, a Bachelor’s Degree, and a valid driver’s license. You will work to retain customers, grow key accounts, and resolve service issues collaboratively.

Qualifications

• Three to four years of experience in sales or with account ownership.
• Knowledge of Healthcare Industry, specifically laboratory/diagnostics, and general economics of business.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Solid PC skill including Microsoft Software.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts through ongoing business reviews of service, logistics, and supplies to identify customer needs.
• Ensure customer retention by maintaining relationships with current accounts.
• Drive growth in their assigned Key Accounts.
• Identify and pursue up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with Physician Account Executives or Specialty Account Executives.
