Job summary

Jandbmedical in Wixom, Michigan is seeking dedicated Medical Supply Customer Service Representatives to join our Diabetes Admission team. You will work closely with patients, doctors' offices, and insurers to set up new accounts, resolve issues, obtain prior authorizations, manage prescription refills, and ensure timely delivery of diabetic supplies.

No sales, no upsell, no collections. This 40-hour-week role runs Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM and requires HIPAA compliance and compassionate

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers.
• Create new accounts and maintain accurate member records.
• Resolve issues related to account management and supply delivery.
