You will assist patients, doctors, and insurers to set up new accounts, obtain prior authorizations, manage prescription refills, and ensure timely diabetic supply delivery. This role emphasizes compassionate, clear communication and HIPAA-compliant data entry.

No sales, no collections. 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and medical supply processes is a plus.
• Previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls to assist patients and healthcare providers.
• Create new accounts and maintain accurate member records.
• Resolve issues related to account management and supply delivery.
• Obtain prior authorizations and process prescription refills.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to ensure coverage and compliance.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold ethical standards in all interactions.
• Utilize multiple computer applications to access and enter data efficiently.
