Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to advance patient-centered diabetes care and train healthcare providers in integrating Insulet products into care plans. Work will occur in HCP offices, clinics, home offices and on the road.

The role emphasizes building strong partnerships, delivering tailored patient training, and leading clinical education with a team-oriented, data-driven approach for optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and 2+ years of clinical experience.
• Credentials such as CDCES, RD, RN, PharmD, or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish Clinical Partnerships with endocrinologists and diabetes teams.
• Own Patient Training, tailoring sessions to patient needs.
• Oversee CPTs and clinical education; maintain training metrics.
• Promote insulin pump therapy through clinical expertise.
• Collaborate with territory partners to meet sales and clinical goals.
