Job summary

Taylor Strategy Partners is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to advance patient-centric diabetes care. You will train providers, build clinical partnerships, and guide the adoption of Insulet products through evidence-based education.

You’ll work across HCP offices, clinics, and patient settings, delivering personalized training, enabling physicians and teams to implement device therapies effectively, and monitoring outcomes to optimize care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required and clinical credentials preferred.
• 2+ years of related clinical experience with current licensure where applicable.
• Professional credentials (CDCES/RD/RN/PharmD or equivalent) or state licensure.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with endocrinologists, PCPs, and diabetes teams.
• Educate providers on diabetes management and Insulet technologies.
• Deliver personalized patient training and follow-up to ensure confident device use.
• Oversee CPTs and update training using Salesforce and other data sources.
