Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Clinical Territory Manager to educate healthcare professionals and patients on insulin therapies and Medtronic Diabetes products in the Cincinnati, OH area. This field-based role requires 3–5 days in the field weekly and travel within the territory.

You will collaborate with sales and clinical teams, troubleshoot product and patient needs, and contribute to territory growth strategies while maintaining compliant documentation in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Licensed in CDCES/RN/RD/PA/NP/pharmacist with clinical experience.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with corresponding clinical experience.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to drive within territory and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients and healthcare professionals about intensive diabetes management using Medtronic Diabetes products.
• Supports sales activities as a technical resource and collaborates with sales to grow territory.
• Troubleshoots clinical/technical issues and assists in managing patient therapy for positive outcomes.
• Travels within assigned territory for seminars, events, and meetings and documents engagements in Salesforce.
• Participates in ongoing competency development through training and conventions.
