Job summary

Prestige Recruiting Group seeks a Clinical Specialist to educate and support healthcare professionals and patients in diabetes care. You will train teams in clinics, educate on insulin pump therapy, and help with product adoption across a designated territory.

The role requires strong clinical knowledge, communication, and travel to customer sites, with ongoing education and support for diabetes management technologies.

Qualifications

• Current professional clinical credentials and/or certifications in diabetes care.
• Experience educating healthcare professionals and/or managing patients with device therapy.
• Experience in a commercial or field-based medical role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical education and training to healthcare professionals, patients, and stakeholders.
• Conduct product and therapy training in clinical and healthcare settings.
• Serve as a clinical resource during onboarding and ongoing support.
• Educate on diabetes management, patient selection, product use, and therapy management.
• Build relationships with providers, diabetes educators, staff, and customers in territory.
• Collaborate with sales team to support customer education and product adoption.
• Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and credentials.
• Deliver presentations and educational programs to individuals and groups.
• Support patients and professionals with clinical questions and training needs.
• Travel within the assigned territory to support customers and business needs.
