Job summary

Insulet Corporation, a global medical device leader in diabetes care, is seeking a Clinical Services Manager to champion patient-centric training and collaboration across clinics, hospitals, and provider offices. The role focuses on clinical excellence and partnership development.

You will train healthcare providers, tailor education to specialists and patients, manage data systems like Salesforce, and travel regularly to regional sites to drive adoption and improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of clinical training or insulin pump patient management experience.
• Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Must be able to travel regularly (car, overnight travel).

Responsibilities

• Train healthcare providers in integrating Insulet products into patient care strategies.
• Educate and empower patients to manage their diabetes with Insulet devices.
• Maintain and update data systems (e.g., Salesforce) for training metrics.
• Collaborate with clinicians to align training with treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.
• Promote insulin pump therapy benefits to providers and patients while ensuring compliant field activities.
