Job summary

GEMCORE Health is seeking a Diabetes Care Advisor to serve as the primary contact for patients and coordinate care with physicians, insurers, and suppliers for insulin pump and CGM orders. The role emphasizes excellent customer service and clear communication across channels.

You will build relationships with clinicians, educators, and partners while navigating pre-certifications and insurance requirements. Hybrid remote role based in Round Rock, TX with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with patients, insurers, and physicians.
• 1–2 years in a consumer service or healthcare environment.
• Ability to work in a hybrid remote setting with occasional travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for patients, coordinating health care professionals, insurance benefits, insulin pump and CGM orders with physician offices.
• Communicate via phone and email to ensure excellent customer service throughout the process.
• Cultivate relationships with physicians, diabetes educators, hospitals, clinics, and manufacturers.
