Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of related professional work experience is required.
• Experience owning assignments with limited guidance and leading projects.
• Experience analyzing case documentation to support adjudication decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems.

Responsibilities

• Examine petitions, case files, and supporting documents for schools seeking certification.
• Evaluate compliance with 8 CFR 214.3 and related federal regulations.
• Identify non-conformances and provide recommendations for adjudication (approval, denial, or requests for more info).
• Communicate with school officials for clarifications or additional documentation.
• Document findings and rationale to support decision-making in adjudication.
