Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the DGS platform across galvanizing facilities.
• Manage DGS user accounts, permissions, configurations, settings, and access.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and data integrity.
• Troubleshoot application, configuration, connectivity, and data-related issues.
• Coordinate with IT, vendors, and plant personnel to resolve issues.
• Assist with DGS upgrades, enhancements, testing, and deployments.
• Maintain documentation of configurations and changes.
• Ensure system controls and access practices are followed.
