Job summary

AZZ Inc. is seeking a DGS Support Analyst to administer and support the company’s proprietary DGS platform across galvanizing facilities.

This IT-adjacent, operations-focused role requires hands-on technical support, system troubleshooting, upgrades, and training to enable plant personnel. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in IT or operations technology, strong analytical skills, and the ability to travel up to 50% to sites.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in IT, systems administration, operations technology, or a related field.
Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, connectivity, and data-related issues.
Ability to learn, administer, and support proprietary software applications.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain the proprietary DGS platform across assigned galvanizing facilities.
Manage DGS user accounts, permissions, configurations, settings, and system access.
Monitor system performance, availability, and data integrity.
Troubleshoot application, configuration, connectivity, and data-related issues.
Identify recurring system issues and recommend solutions to improve reliability and usability.
