DGA Group is seeking a dynamic intern to join our in-house Communications & Marketing team in Washington, DC. This hands-on role supports strategic marketing initiatives, brand positioning, and executive communications within a global function.

You will gain exposure to market positioning, message development, digital strategy, and cross‑functional collaboration while contributing to projects that advance the firm’s priorities and growth goals.

Qualifications

• Full or part-time internship opportunities are available, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be pursuing or have recently completed an undergraduate or graduate program.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and collaboration ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel or comparable programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job description

We are seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented intern to join our in-house corporate Communications & Marketing team. This is a hands-on opportunity to contribute to projects that support the firm’s strategic priorities and growth goals. In this role, you will help position our firm in the marketplace by strengthening our brand profile, articulating our unique value proposition, and showcasing the expertise of our professionals through a range of strategic marketing and communications initiatives. You will gain valuable exposure in corporate positioning, message development, digital strategy, and executive communications within a global communications function.

Qualifications

• Full or part-time internship opportunities are available, but candidates must have the ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be currently pursuing, or have recently completed, an undergraduate or graduate-level program. Undergraduate applicants must be at least a rising junior.
• Must be a collaborator with can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and comparable programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, balance shifting priorities, and meet deadlines.

Additional Program Details

• The 2026 fall internship semester runs from September 8 to December 18. The selected intern will start immediately.
• Applicants must reside in the U.S. throughout the internship semester.

• This is a paid internship program.
